Style 44 Double Lip Cartridge Seal

The Style 44’s faceless and spring less design allows sealing of previously impossible applications. These cartridges incorporate our TLS Everseal sealing units with our Eschelon II Sealing lips. The Eschelon II sealing lips are a precision machined Tapered Lip design to extend sealing life and incorporate annular grooves for improved sealing over a wide range of media viscosities.

The TLS Everseal Sealing units provide twice the pressure capabilities of competitor’s PTFE Sealing lips as well as higher shaft speeds. Our Silicon Carbide Sleeve extends sealing life with its high heat dissipation whether the seal is running wet or running dry. The Style 44 is also available with our Enerlon Sealing units to perform in increased radial movement applications up to .032” and potentially .062”.

The Style 44 has two sealing lips for applications where environmental controls are not required. Typical Applications can be seen on our Application List.
